Project Description
Obsidian is a 2D XNA game engine based on Unity's GameObject and Component structure.

Obsidian Engine is directly based on Unity, except it is 2D only.

News:

More development on this project will start soon! This project will focus on a being a complete 2D replacement for Unity, including an editor and possibly a built in script editor. Parts of this code will be based on / borrowed from PressPlay.FFWD.

Goals:

No dependencies! (That means you XNA!)
